As with so many of the young people around Whiteface, I remember Billy coming in the store. It was quite a privilege to get to watch and interact with the kids as they were growing up! He was very quiet at first, but as time passed he was obviously a well mannered and fun loving young man! He was always looking out for his siblings and his Mom! He got along well with all the kids and seemed to enjoy them all. He had a maturity about him so many kids don't have until they are much older! I know he has had a large impact on many lives and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him!

I was heartbroken to hear the news about Billy Dean! He was such an amazing young man! I am truly honored that I got to know him over the years at WF school. He was truly an inspiration to me and my kids! We will miss him greatly! Our hearts and prayers are with your family.

We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of Billy Dean. He was a great kid that was so polite to others. Billy Dean was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. I watched him grow from a little kid to a fine young man that had the whole world to look forward to. Bill and Della we will continue to pray for your family and are if you need anything.
